TOD Voucher Options
- All-Device Voucher ($95): Valid for use across all compatible devices, including Smart TVs, tablets, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Mobile-Only Voucher ($36): Strictly limited to streaming on mobile smartphones. This voucher does not support TV mirroring.
Data Usage Restriction
- Data Usage: The allocated 100 GB data bundle is strictly dedicated to streaming match content on the TOD application.
- Activation Timeframe: The 100 GB data offer will be successfully activated on the customer's line within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
1. Alfa Lines Eligibility & Rules
- Postpaid Lines: Customers must settle any outstanding or unpaid bills in full to be eligible for the 100 GB offer. The offer will not be activated on accounts with pending balances.
- Prepaid Lines: Lines currently in the Retention Period are ineligible for this promotion. The service will not function unless the line is fully active.
- Balance & Consumption Check: Customers can check their remaining data offer balance and consumption status at any time by dialing *11#.
2. Touch Lines Eligibility & Rules
- Postpaid Lines: Customers must settle any outstanding or unpaid bills in full to be eligible for the 100 GB offer. The offer will not be activated on accounts with pending balances.
- Prepaid Lines: Lines currently in the Retention Period are ineligible for this promotion. The service will not function unless the line is fully active.
- Active Bundle Requirement: To benefit from the 100 GB offer, customers must have an already active, recharged data bundle on their Touch line.
- Balance & Consumption Check: Customers can monitor their data offer usage and status via the Touch Mobile Application under their personal account profile.
